Second edition of Letrastica the Type, Calligraphy and Lettering Festival.

The festival opens its doors to the world.

The second edition of Letrastica was a point of growth and projection. Two international exhibitions were presented, including a sample of mid-twentieth century lettering being presented by the Letterform Archive in San Francisco, California. Along with two American guests, the national speakers had a significant international background. Critique session of type projects and urban interventions were included for the first time. There was also an excellent live session with the best Mexican calligraphers as well as demonstration of Japanese calligraphy.

With the support of Type@Cooper in New York, the Letterform Archive and Delve Fonts in San Francisco, California, as well as the Universidad of Guadalajara. Held at the MIND Centro de Innovación and Diseño and Impronta Casa Editora in Guadalajara.
